It's kinda like this in Maiami City too. The only way to get access to every kind of card is to be an elite student at LDS - the rest of us don't really have any access to Fusion, Synchro or Xyz cards. Something about how they have a direct deal with the distributor...?
That's pretty annoying too. I wound up totally bombing my entrance exam because of it.
