Hmm. I'll admit, that does sound pretty questionable. I personally didn't like how they came out of nowhere and managed to assert themselves pretty quickly as a company almost on Kaiba Corps level.
I mean, I know in Maiami City they were big but... to gain that much influence that quickly outside it... I dunno. And I heard they're pretty quiet about stuff too.
Also the CEO looks like a giant hipster nerd, but that's just me. Pretty sure he's making up for something with that scarf of his.
