I think that's really the best idea! The only other thing we really could of done is done the same thing, but with the apartment we have now, but I think that'd be a lot more work. The bottom apartment is much newer and just needs a bit of expanding to make it bigger for all of us.

Keeping 33 to 50% of the garden/greenhouse seems reasonable to me!

And yeah, I'm sure the Tsukumos will be fine with it, it's probably just good to at least let them know in advance.

Hm, tonight we could maybe think up some plans for what we'd like to do with that bottom apartment. I think the sooner we get something started with that, the better!
