Firstly, I still don't really think Noriko plans to be a threat of any kind and I personally think it's fine to leave her be.

I know you said something about this reality being... unstable, I think? But honestly, if this is true, then I would much rather find another way to fix that, rather than opening some gate, to some place I've never heard of, via relying on partial notes left by Fujiwara.
