SAI is going to need repairs through several basements to the main lobby, down to the safe room near the vault.

The Tengu of the Eastern Court definitely just tried to murder me and steal Fujiwara's notes.

And I think I was only saved by whatever I THINK Noriko did in early August.

Ugh.

... Also, I think I had some sort of like. Awakening.

And getting a haircut felt in order. I'm rambling but. Sort of new me, so new haircut.

One of the Tengu tried to slit my throat and take Fujiwara Yusuke's research.

Because they want them to find the way to "Katakamuna" and they've decided to wage war to get those notes from what he said to me.

Torn clothes, tired, pretty sure something about how I see the world changed, like literally, not figuratively. Probably should talk to a counselor or someone about this.

Through dumb luck I think involved a Trap Card involved in a Bootstrap Paradox.

Trying to think things through what happened is giving me a headache.

Exactly. I feel like I was able to see the world as it is, clearer, and I was able to grasp things I couldn't before with my hands, and I could hear clearer.

Like using Fusion Monsters that work well with my Cyber Angels but I wouldn't of considered before.

Is this what it's like for everyone else around here?

Hmm... I think it's different for each person, but I guess that's kinda how I felt a bit after my surgery? Just a sense like I was suddenly much larger than my surroundings, able to touch things I couldn't have fathomed. A very "I felt like I could touch the moon" type of sense to it.

Mmm. Basically? I got the distinct impression the world felt strangely unfinished. And that the Shinobirds we've been dealing with. Felt so much smaller and less important than they think they are.

It felt like understanding the feelings an artist or a writer poured into and intended with a work of art? If that makes sense, it. Was strange.

Maybe. But honestly? Mostly it's that Fujiwara pisses me off and he tried to open an occult consultancy business, talked about Santa Clause, and then billed Marias and Mikata for a repair bill they never paid because Marias refused to sign off on paying him because he's 'a conman'.

And you know, then near as I can tell, he then vanished for close to 15 years and started mailing us cryptic hints and packages from islands, nations and cities that don't exist.

I want to pick a fight with him.

Yeah, but that's my brother, he's always been difficult to get a hold of for any straight answer, even when he was finishing his course work at Duel Academy. Vanish for days only to show up with a floating raft ukulele concert, try to drag me into his latest scheme or convince Manjoume-kun to deposit an anonymous mixtape into my quarters.

And I guess in addition to that, we've had to look after Sakana most of that time he's been gone because he just up and vanished with no warning. At this point, he might as well just make us the owners of it.
