Well, to start, two of our most troublesome students are the Wakahisa sisters, Kamala and Rani, who are, as you're permitted to know, are two of the Imperial Princesses, and technically run a sukeban gang in all but name: The D-Wheel Research Club.
But despite being technically delinquents they're also the ones fighting off strange monsters wandering into the school, along with their friends in said club, but it's all off the books and not officially recognized, etc. etc.
Kamala has dyslexia and dissociative issues, while Rani... I think demolition expert might be a career path in her future, and has definite aggression issues. But the girls and their club have made sure strange monsters, as I said, don't get in, so, most teachers look the other way.
Rumors
There are claims by security and teachers of seeing the Skeletal and Anatomical Dolls in the science class move on their own.
There's the usual Hanako in the toilet myth. Noone's confirmed it, of course. Though, the variant is ours seems to have two Hanakos. One who carries around Mushrooms and is short, and one who is tall with sunglasses and red-black-blue hair.
The extra stair on the staircase.
There was a mysterious ancient structure deep underneath the school I found once but it's since disappeared, seemingly connected to the Secret Bancho of the School, another urban legend.
Rumors of a hallway that only exists at night.
And claims of a disappearing or wandering classroom.
Also, unproven claims the Year 9 Theater Club is worshipping a Goddess called "The Uncrowned Queen Abraxas".
Also, not so much a rumor as there's been sightings of a lot of crows lately.
We also have the classic claims of the running Kinjirō Ninomiya statue, the Art Statue that cries blood, and Beethoven's ghost playing music in the Music Room Piano.
Personal
I may or may not have supernatural influences on me, full disclosure, I'm still figuring it out.
Other
Supposedly, the school is also scheduled to be lifted onto a plate by the Amahara corporation as part of its mass terraforming of Domino, but that might be a rumor? (I'd have to buy that moped I keep arguing myself out of getting...)
Also, a decent number of the AMAB students are coming out as girls.
I can already tell this is going to be a very interesting place to work.
Thank you for letting me know all of this. Honestly, I quite like the sound of Kamala and Rani already. If they, and their club, are able to fend off threats the school faces, then turning a blind eye to the club/gang they have is a smart move. As long as they can do this and keep up with schoolwork, I see no problem with it and if any problems do arise, we'll look at ways we can support them. Obviously I don't want the entire protection of the school to be their sole responsibility, so I'm happy to work alongside them and staff to have additional protective measures.
And thank you for being so open about everything else too. I want this school to be a place where staff and students can feel comfortable and feel they can be open with me.
Rani's main problem is she's poor at schoolwork through lack of applying herself, and Kamala seems to be unable to explain her math and stumbles through work due to the cited dyslexia.
And yes. Of course it shouldn't. But there's been pressure until The August Revolution to press down on the girls and their friends.
Of course, Mrs. Sakaki. And I wanted you to know what you were getting into.
Hmm, then we'll need to find a way to motivate Rani to apply herself to the schoolwork more and find out the reason why she isn't. Sometimes, there might be another issue causing it. As for Kamala, does she have anything set in place to help her with her learning disability? Also how much does she struggle with math? If she struggles a lot, it's possible she might have dyscalculia too.
Well, for now, the girls and their club are fine and as long as I'm here, I'll try and keep it that way.
Kamala No, we were being squeezed previously on funding to special needs students, despite your predecessor's protests and financial requests. And as far as Kamala's math skills go. The problem is she can't show her work, ma'am.
I've passed her work to a former classmate of mine. The other problem is Kamala is grossly overshooting the solutions to the problems she's given. Kamala's invented entire new mathematical equations.
Related to very niche physics or things not yet explained. If she has dyscalculia, she's a prodigy at the same time.
Other
Also, Mr. Kantai's daughter's attendance seems to fluctuate.
Hmm, if it is general disinterest, I wonder if there is a way we can make it more interesting for her.
As for Kamala, yeah, the issue sounds like more to be that she's just not doing the work the way the school system wants, which I've learned is just one of those sucky things about teaching, unfortunately. She sounds like a very smart and bright kid to come up with whole new equations on her own. It is a shame we have nothing in place to help with her dyslexia though, so we'll have to figure out ways to continue helping her without.
Rani No clue, all attempts to get her interested have so far failed.
Kamala I think funding is coming in but, uh, most wealthy parents don't want to have their kids be admitted to having an issue, and of course it's up to you how we should be managing the program, ma'am.
There is another sibling of Kamala's to note: Shiva. No real problems academically per say but let's say they have a way with making sure money in other students' hands end up in theirs, if you know what I mean.

Well, we'll see how things go. Maybe I'll talk to some of them to just get a general feeling of their personalities and such and go from there.
