Hrm.

The more I look at it, the more I can't fathom how we can have a child and account for the fact Judai stretches all over everything, and do it all in our current apartment...

Ah, to be honest, I've kinda been thinking the same thing.

I mean, I don't mind small spaces, but Yubel living with us physically is something we didn't really expect and our current apartment is really too small for the three of us and a child.

Oh, and Pharaoh too.

It's probably something we should have a chat about.

I do wanna talk about it, hence messaging since it was on my mind.

Hrm. Well, there is somewhere unused I can think of, but I'm not sure what you've been thinking on it...

Hm? I haven't really had many ideas on it yet, so I'm curious to know what you're thinking of.

Remodeling. Get some architects in. The bottom apartment for the former Spirit House is unused. And the Spirit Room is unused.

I do want to keep the Greenhouse and Garden portion as is though, or expand a new room to move that stuff for.

Basically, I feel like spending some money on building.

Oh, you're right! Shiyoko and Kamala moved out a while ago, so that apartment is free right now.

I think doing some remodeling of it so it's big enough for all of us is a good idea. The garden and greenhouse part is pretty large, so we could remodel some of it as an extension to the apartment, then keep a smaller section as a private garden/greenhouse for us.
I think there's a lot of ideas we can do with it.

I like the idea! Though, if we go through with that, we'd have to let the Tsukumo family know about it and see if they'll be okay with a bit of construction going on while the changes are made.

I'd like to keep 33 to 50% of that Garden~Greenhouse.

And I don't see why they wouldn't, we'd be avoiding it during the night.

I'm up to hearing any ideas you have, though.

I think that's really the best idea! The only other thing we really could of done is done the same thing, but with the apartment we have now, but I think that'd be a lot more work. The bottom apartment is much newer and just needs a bit of expanding to make it bigger for all of us.

Keeping 33 to 50% of the garden/greenhouse seems reasonable to me!

And yeah, I'm sure the Tsukumos will be fine with it, it's probably just good to at least let them know in advance.

Hm, tonight we could maybe think up some plans for what we'd like to do with that bottom apartment. I think the sooner we get something started with that, the better!

And I don't mind splurging.

Hrm... I want like one or two like kind of fancy things since it's the luxury apartments in our description. Nothing ridiculous, but... I dunno, I'll have to think on it.
